Port Townsend/Keystone Ferry

Passenger-only ferry service on the Port Townsend - Keytone route through January. The Steilacoom II will then be taken out of service for four weeks to complete required maintenance and inspection.

Reservations for the Port Townsend/Keystone vehicle ferry service will resume February 1, 2009 - online reservations available here.

How to make a reservation:

• Online: Visit WSDOT and “Make a Reservation”.
• By phone: Reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance of a sailing time by calling 1-888-808-7977 (in state), 206-464-6400 or 511 between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m.
• At the terminal: Reservations can be made at the Port Townsend and Keystone terminals.
• Reservations are for vehicles and motorcycles only. There is no fee to make a reservation.

Some local businesses and Chamber of Commerce Visitor’s Centers will also assist customers in making a ferry reservation. Trucks that are over 80,000 lbs will need to take either the Edmonds/Kingston route or the Mukilteo/Clinton route.
